      Beware of recent reviews. The company has asked employees to write reviews and is running a raffle for them to win gift cards for reviews written. Notice there have been a lot written lately, thats why.

      Rewarding to be able to help others, co workers were amazing!!!!!

      Cons

      Management and HR were not the best to work with. Management needs more training on how to treat staff and to listen to clients as well as staff. The pay is not worth the hassle of being bullied by your superiors. And they are racist against your color and your age.

      Wellness incentive, flexible, some really good, honest and caring people work here, good place to learn a lot about mental health work and application, awesome to see client's improve and recover

      Cons

      Low low pay, cliques in admin and departments, HR doesn't protect employees, poor executive leadership, manipulative, concerns about ethics, CEO cares but is not a good decision maker or business leader, poor quality of care, treats employees disrespectfully, promotion of people based on friendships, inconsistent, unprofessional, clients, leadership and many staff are rude, deceitful, liars, drama/trouble makers, weighs on you emotionally, toxic like Chernobyl toxic melt your skin and fry your brain toxic toxic toxic
