No direction on the company's future No in-office culture Teams spread across the country, so often required to work in office alone Low pay and no yearly adjustments or bonuses Often delayed promotions (told you'll be promoted/approved to get promoted then they delay it for a year or more) Teams stretched too thin Director-level employees often out of touch and do not provide any value to their accounts, leaving lower-level employees to act as directors but at lower pay
