Pros

Always busy and not enough time

Cons

Quit about a month and it’s not worth the sacrifice of life/work balance. Ur basically a nothing there. You can make more money elsewhere too.

Pros

Usually a good work/life balance (client-dependent) There are a few really great people who are great mentors

Cons

Lots of empty promises ie promotions coming soon, bonuses coming soon, we'll fill that open position on your team asap etc... No direction on the company's future No in-office culture Teams spread across the country, so often required to work in office alone Low pay and no yearly adjustments or bonuses Often delayed promotions (told you'll be promoted/approved to get promoted then they delay it for a year or more) Teams stretched too thin Director-level employees often out of touch and do not provide any value to their accounts, leaving lower-level employees to act as directors but at lower pay
