Location, location, location. That's really about it. Some of the staff were nice to work with. They had to throw money at a problem--no one wants to work here, so "management" is paid healthily.

Cons

Oh, where do I start? Management is/was HORRIBLE here--this is a "burner" agency, with only one account, and the expectation is to work junior members to the bone, with little to no opportunity for real advancement. "Raises"/"bonuses" were a complete joke. Any issue taken to HR was ultimately used against the originator. Horrible management.

No proper guidance/ training..if you are given something to complete today it should have been done yesterday Finance dept is worst. Turn over is real high. Fnance vp should be replaced. She is causing majority of the issues.

Cons

Everything! No work, life, balance. Very long hours with no support. Not enough team staffing per account. No workflow consistency across accounts. Tasks like reporting that could be automated are manual if the client doesn’t want to pay for the service. Unrealistic workload and deliverable turnaround expectations. If you ask management for support due to the long hours or workload, you’re told, “everyone is dealing with the same issue” or my favorite response was “you’re preaching to the choir”. The MOST toxic environment I’ve ever worked.
