+ Lack of training which they blame you for + No diversity in clients + Poor Management and Leadership + Hires diversity to fill a quota instead of training and growing said person + Theres no "family" culture, which sometimes can be a negative but THERES NO CULTURE here, which means you'll work 80 hours and no one will care, they will let you go and no one will care, someone passes away in your family and no one will care, you get into an accident and no one will care.
