Pros

Remote Job, Unlimited PTO, N/A

Cons

Overworked, Low Salary and not competitive within the industry, Does not value skillset, No raises/bonuses, Limited Promotion Opportunities, Low career growth, Doesn't value maintaining top performing employees. This company forced me to work at a higher title without being paid appropriately and without promotion. Once I was promoted, they delayed pushing the salary increase for months of acting in the new role and then when they pushed through the new salary it was less than what I was previously taking home. HR told me that my high level skillset does not factor into my promotion salary and I was told I could look for a new job. Was on accounts where I was forced to complete projects titles above me without being compensated for it or receiving a title boost.

Pros

Some of the kindest people you could ever hope to work with. People are genuinely kind and genuinely want to do good work. Also, everyone is incredibly smart; they'll help you raise your game

Cons

1. Organization skills of zero. They're about to go through their second re-org in less than two years. That should tell you how well the last one worked. 2. As transparent as mud, We found out they fired the global CEO in the trades. 3. Totally disconnected from the employees. The only people who see one dentsu are in the ivory tower and don't care what's happening on the ground. 4. They claimed DEI was important, and it was to them, for about 90 seconds. 5. They address calls for pay equity and transparency, but ignoring our questions and obfuscating. Or telling you inflation isn't their problem. 6. Money is first. Clients are first. They don't care how morally corrupt the clients are. They don't care how toxic the accounts are. They just want to get paid.

Pros

Remote work Big clients Nothing else

Cons

They hired me without a job description. The work over time turned out to be a terrible fit for me because it did not match my experience or skill set. On top of that, there was no work-life balance. Everyone around me was also severely overworked. Processes were terrible and everything was disorganized. All of this resulted in long hours. Senior leadership didn't care. I was then told that I wasn't meeting expectations. I was given a few weeks to meet expectations. At the end of the period, my work was never discussed. I was just laid off without discussing the specifics of my work. To make matters worse, they didn't even pay me any severance framing the whole thing as my fault. When in fact, I absolutely met expectations and even went above and beyond in the final six weeks I was in my role.
