Pros

Benefits aren't that bad if you have a team that facilitates being able to use them.

Cons

- Restructuring caused headaches in what teams manage what parts of what projects. - Title inflation and short-staffed situation leads to doing management plus IC work. - Toxic meetings; disagreements between teams creates animosity during calls that isn't professional - WLB: Little to none; team dependent at most companies but cross-functional teams were just as overworked and deadlines didn't allow for work needed to meet them

Pros

Nice-ish offices. Some great people.

Cons

Not great output. Weak management. Chasing awards, but not interested in creative. Long hours. Not a great agency at all. And the way it's going, will never be.
