Pros

Nice people, semi flexible hours

Cons

No HR, management sucks in almost every department. I suppose this depends on what department you are in but there is no room for growth. There is a clear strange power dynamic between management and employees. The CEO doesn’t even know what we do most of the time, and your manager (or someone else’s) will likely try to give their work to you. This place is a joke.

Pros

The unprofessional office culture made it really easy to stop caring about your work, and that made for a stress-free environment.

Cons

So many downsides that a lot of the previous reviews have covered, so I won’t repeat it all, but I’ll add that all the negative reviews are accurate. I’ll also add that the COO is completely oblivious to everything that’s going on downstairs. Everybody is miserable, nobody has the time, leadership or motivation to do their best work. “50% effort is fine” is VERBATIM what my former manager regularly encouraged the team with, on top of promoting the use of AI design to a bunch of designers. This is not the place to be if you’re a creative, as creativity is discouraged. There is no leadership, no HR, and don’t get me started on the IT situation.
