They are willing to hire people if they will accept below industry pay.

Cons

Upper management is given free reign to abuse employees. There is no HR department and so an employee has no recourse. There is misconduct by upper management in all areas. You are either a favorite and all bad behaviors are overlooked or you are excluded and accused of not fitting in. This company is one huge red flag. Stay away.

Company culture, Management, Communication, Values, Pay/Benefits- This company respects 5% of its employees- upper management. This is clearly demonstrated through salary, benefits/ PTO, and company culture. Suggestions and opinions are not valued here. Employees’ health and personal lives are also not valued. Employees are kept in the dark when internal changes are made, communication is nonexistent, and hard work is not rewarded or recognized.
