Used to be a fun and friendly work environment with management who cared.

Cons

This company used to be good but after changes in management things went downhill fast. It's mostly run by people who are related now. Unhappy people will target you. People are too scared to speak up in fear of retaliation. The work environment is super toxic and the business is obviously going downhill financially. They'll make threats of firing you if you talk about wages or not wanting to work weekend overtime. If you're genuine and empathetic you'll be miserable.
