Bait and Switch on Hiring. Be extra thorough when you interview as they may completely change what they told you.

Job postings are a lie Will mislead you to get you to accept the job Any negotiation during the hiring phase is met with attitude They preach "we are a family" but unless you are part of the little nuclear core it is very isolating.

To address your comment on pay, we do assess pay each year, specifically refreshing our pay brackets so that they are competitive with government contractors in the regions we support.
