      Pros

      They help you find a job with a reputable company. Give you opportunities you wouldn't find right out of college. Are very invested in your career and don't treat you like a number. Your contract could be bought out after a year.

      They give a good education through their bootcamp

      Cons

      Promise 2 years of employment, I was laid off after 1 with no future support getting a new job. If you leave them before 2 years, you sign a contract that says you have to pay $20k back to them. They will place you with a client that doesn't meet your needs. It will usually not help your tech career. I was placed with a client that used low-code. How does that help a Java Dev?
