      *Upfront that if you quit for any reason you’ll have to pay $20,000 (Idk if you’ll have to pay if you’re fired) *Clear cut that they are a staffing agency

      Cons

      *Some of the management people gaslight you and mock you. Really toxic all the way round. Recruiter was super nice and then the actual management is terrible.
