      Pros

      - Seriously? Pros? About this company? I wishhhh I had ONE word of Pros...Come on~! for heaven sake..how can companies like this one continue to scam people ... I think the only reason this company has been able to place people at companies is because there is something going on between hiring manager and this company..

      Cons

      - This is NOT a company, its like a labor recruiting place run by just ONE guy. He has contacts made with companies - Most Indian Hiring Managers. - He bargains for salary like a used car-salesman; and pays least as possible, - He offers no 401K options, and Health Insurance is WORST if you do decide to get from him - My colleague who worked for short period and quit with 2 weeks notice was asked to refund pay for 2 weeks, Thats HORRIBLE~~~~ and ILLEGAL too..

      We had the 401(K) plan until 2-3 years back. Employees did not want to contribute then it becomes illegal if only some employees contributes. We are in the process of closing the account. If more than 50% employees are willing to contribute, we can begin again.

      Pros

      For freshers, bachelor whose job chance is slim in market.

      Cons

      Insurance benefit is almost none, No holidays benefit, salary will be delayed. This is even when you are full time employee. No employer employee relationship. You will be thrown into dark. Sometime company asks to pay H1 fee.

      We have never delayed salary since it's inception i.e. 17 years. We do not charge for H1 fee. sometimes means? All benefits are clearly mentioned in employment letter as well employee hand book.

      Don';Don't bother if you are not indian

      You stay employed. That's it.

      Cons

      No loyalty. Won't hire you if you are not indian. Has no ethics. Came in for "unpaid training" and then instructed me to go for outside training.Then came back, only to be replaced by an Indian on an H1B. I did a better job than that indian, but they were happier with an indian in the company. No loyalty. Broken promises. Says no matter what, they will open a position for you, but then they don't do anything at all, and makes up stories. Won't even pick up calls anymore - they now rely on an automatic machine, and more than half the time you get an answering machine.They don't return your call

      BTW, we are not in a training business. Even though we tried to help you to learn and we were willing to offer the job but you were not able to learn and commit. Since you came through some reference, we put lots of efforts to train but it did not work. We are an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skill sets not on visa etc.
