They have good A/C and fast internet.

Cons

Degrading treatment of employees. They dangle your job. There is no advancement for hard workers and for the sales they expect you should be making way more then what they pay. It is not worth it.

I am sorry you don't see the opening of our Arizona operations as an opportunity for career growth. We certainly believe that helping to start up a new parallel Inside Sales organization certainly creates opportunities for advancement. Pros

As a customer service rep I learned a lot about everything and was able to meet some amazing people. The potlucks and Christmas party had to be my favorite parts of the job.

Cons

Management is unreasonable, unreliable and they give you an excess amount of work with no resources for doing your job properly. They expect no mistakes but they are unwilling to take feedback. No opportunity for growth unless you are a favorite.
