Provided a thorough orientation. Established SOP's and protocols. General management was fine- No experience to have any strong opinions, good or bad. Good work culture and team dynamics (may vary on laboratory or facility you're working at).

If you ever work at Queens, you ought to transfer at the Satellites. It's drama free. Management is very poor there, and too much favoritism

Good benefits. Management at my location is the best too. They are very considerate and helpful. They even encourage you to keep moving forward

I can't think of any cons yet..but some areas they have a lot of dramas at site. And some are just because they're there for more than 5yrs
