Management has no people skill, and Never back up their employees. They give you a big work load and expect you to finish it by the end of your shift. No support at all. Problems you bring up to the management will be looked at but never ever solved. Just goes in a big circle over and over again.

Lower-end pay; weak management starting from some certain supervisors. There's a culture of favoritism which is quite obvious. People are afraid to speak up because when certain leadership is criticized, there has been instances of retribution. They have employee satisfaction surveys but nothing ever changes. People that have been with the company longer seem to have a sense of entitlement and get away with their attitudes. They get away with being bullies and chatting away when they should be setting the example.
