Pros

You'll know where NOT to send mom...

Cons

They treat their employees and their residents awful. They don't care about your well being or your future with the company.

Pros

Only benefits were the great coworkers and the flexible scheduling

Cons

Company offers little to no benefits for growth/pay increase. Management on their best day is subpar and offers no respect for kitchen staff. Pay is low. Corporate pressure forces everyone to leave the moment they don't "bend the knee"

The residents. That's it. Even they weren't the nicest.
