They will buy your successful company, cut your benefits and work you to death. They will “remove” your earned paid time off. They will find the cheapest and worst health care they can find. You will experience first hand “one Digi”

Pros

-Kind people to work with. -Work-life balance is good, although vacation day is few.

Cons

-Compensation is low, not competitive to other companies in the same area. -Upper management doesn't trust their own people, when they want something, they acquire new companies. -Upper management doesn't care about the people. -Old boy's club, do what's told, never negotiate business models with engineering teams. -Some decisions don't make sense, which hurts the company a lot. -Old style culture. People thank each other even their jobs and decisions are crappy. No one is willing to tell the truth.
