Pros

+ Good salary if you ask for it in the interview process + Good healthcare + In most projects you won't be overburdened with work

Cons

- Don't except to get a raise without leaving and coming back which seems to be a standard practise - The manager to employee ratio is exceptionally high - Lots of managers who have no idea what they're doing - It's a big company so there's some bureaucracy

Pros

Basically everything works ok. The employer does the minimum that is required to run things. Safe, stabile workplace for normal employees. The work quality is better than with most competitors.

Cons

There is no "Digia spirit", it is all up to the team you end up into. Employees are not looked after except on the team level. The upper management has old fashioned methods of leading. The are big silos between different business units.
