Management was inept, indifferent to their employees who they treat like warm bodies, and outright hostile when anything was questioned. Zero communication, including but not limited to an account manager who ran for cover at ANY AND ALL conflicts. Cancelled staff meetings on a regular basis with no explanation other than "we're too busy". Never hesitated to throw their own under the bus for often misperceived errors from the client. Allowed a culture of blame, jealousy and deceit (between their employees especially) to flourish until even the client had to act & gave the contract to another company. Tried to prevent said company from re-hiring the employees which is permitted under the gov't contract. NO USEFUL TRAINING that is applicable to the client's needs or requirements, and pointing to outdated or very incomplete documentation when this was ever challenged.
