Pros

It is really hard to come up with any Pros for Digicon. Good Pay and Good Benefits come to mind, but when weighed against the constant uncertainty of your position at Digicon, can that really be considered a Pro?

Cons

No Team Environment. There is absolutely No Room at all for advancement. The Management at Digicon really is Not qualified. I am serious they are really not qualified. From the management running the company, to the management running the contracts, Very Poor. The IT training portal they are using is old and outdated. You can get better material on YouTube.

The PM mistakenly believed that all tech support humans are equally gifted and/or knowledgeable about All Things Tech. Mismanaged the talent, broke the team.

The Health benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Be prepared to deal with people that don't do their jobs but tell you how to do yours even though they have zero qualifications. Executive admin runs the company.
