Do not pay any attention to the majority of the positive reviews on this site – they are fake (see submission dates) and written by a desperate management who are frantically trying to attract new staff to stem the mass exodus of disgruntled and abused employees who’ve had enough.
From the ground up, the company specialises in services/products that are grossly unethical and abusive to consumers. The senior management is both incompetent in setting business targets and executing, demanding mismanaged employees consistently take on ridiculous workloads to compensate. At the same time, others do little work yet enjoy ridiculously high salaries solely due to the fact that they are the only ones who know their way around the antiquated and terribly designed backend systems the business is unfortunately built upon.
Needless to say, the company also offers zero progression opportunity for even the most hardworking and brightest employees, preferring to exploit them in every way possible for meagre compensation due to the extremely precarious financial situation the company is in.
If you’re a prospective candidate for a role at this company, do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.
