No boss and drive your car, and make deliveries to local places. Good work a+

Too Many hours, and maybe spending a lot of gas but at the end it pays you. Is a good salary

Pros

Diligent has some incredible people that work for them. Some of the upper management truly cares and wants to see you succeed. The ability to work at your own pace and find your hustle is great as well. You get to talk to and network with a lot of potential clients as well as former.

Cons

They are quick to change directions and expect you do more than you can deliver. If you don't conform to certain managers' ways then they'll find a way to sabotage your earnings.
