Easy job, very flexible with scheduling, no micro-management

Cons

Not upfront about how you get certain pay, you have to keep on management if you want to know something or get answers to any questions you may have, you have to use your own car with your own insurance even though insurance companies I have had told me the company is suppose to insurance you.

working hours are okay if you are hourly bad if you are salary

Benefits are horrible, one week of vacation, no raises, no room for growth, office politics, poor management, even worse c-level executives do not show interest when issues are brought to their attention. The company LACKS culture & values. 3 sick days for the whole year!
