Cons

You are hired under 1099 Subcontractor. NO BENEFITS.

Pros

Knowledgeable leadership was able to enter the industry with no experience and learn basics of freight forwarding. Company has christian values, openly talks about faith - received a personalized bible as a Christmas gift one year.

Cons

Pay is pretty low, and the CEO is very impulsive in decision making and can be very abrasive with feedback. Benefits are not that great either. Although generally the christian values are good, they can make people uncomfortable if they do not share the same beliefs.
