No career path, or upward mobility available for staff. The job upper management does best, is keeping their jobs. No corporate strategy or mission, no corporate meetings, no sharing of information, very secretive, probably half the people don't really know what we sell. People at the top stay at the top. Dictatorship run by the President and his sidekick, the Chairman of the Board. It's a love fest, ensuring they stay in power and rake in the dough. It's a boys club. Oh, except for under qualified and overpaid friends and families. Oh, and there is one actual female executive. Oh, and there are a lot of young, good looking girls who were hired because they are very, very smart.

Backtracking on Promises – Perks like recharge days are revoked without explanation, creating instability. Constant Restructuring – Frequent org changes with no clear strategy, yet no leadership accountability. Failure to Follow Policies – The company doesn’t adhere to its own rules, leading to inconsistency and frustration. HR in Disarray – High turnover, lack of clear direction, and an inability to address ongoing concerns. Toxic Culture Development – A growing culture of distrust and low morale, driven by poor leadership standards. Deteriorating Work Environment – What was once a positive culture is rapidly declining due to executive mismanagement. Low Standards from Leadership – A lack of vision, transparency, and accountability from the C-suite, trickling down to the rest of the company.
