Needs Better Management

Food and cab services. Nothing else

There is often a lack of proper communication and timely responses from managers. Even after putting in extra effort, working late nights, and extending work into weekends, employees often do not receive fair ratings for their performance. Many times, ratings do not reflect the actual hard work and contributions made. Despite completing all assigned tasks and meeting expectations, recognition and proper evaluation are lacking. After doing everything asked, including additional weekend work, employees still do not receive good ratings, which makes it unclear what more the management is expecting from the team. I have never seen this kind of rating system before, and it feels very frustrating and discouraging for employees who are genuinely trying to perform well. There should also be a system where employees can provide feedback or reviews for their managers to help improve communication, transparency, and overall team support.

Cab Hybrid Food (which is btw not eatable)

1. Rapid decline in Bangalore office's work environment. Growth opportunities have diminished. 2. 1-2% hike 3. New leadership have created a challenging atmosphere. 4. Putting people on PIP without any reason have resulted in employee resignations. Even when employee was completing 90-100% of their KPIs. They didn't have answer to justify these steps. 4. Targeting people on personal basis. 5. High levels of stress and anxiety among people. 6. Would not recommend working at the Bangalore office in its current state. 7. HR is of no use, she will never help. 8. NO employee engagement activities. 9. NO promotions 10. Using PIPs and threats to end hybrid work and make everyone work fully onsite. Would like to ask the management - Is fear-based management and mandatory onsite the best way to retain talent?

As a side note on the food- we do change our food vendor in the cafeteria regularly and have a feedback box that employees can put any feedback about the food into.
