Thank you for your comments. We’re glad to hear about the areas you appreciate and think are going well and we will focus on continuing that! We were sorry to hear your other comments. We are and have been intensely focused on driving the greatest possible impact for our clients. That has meant a number of strategic changes to our business, including tailoring our organizational structure around our clients’ needs to meet them even better. We’ve considered these carefully for many months and have done everything we can to minimize disruption for our people, while continuing to provide clients with the concierge-level service they know and trust. We know that change is never easy, and there can be naturally be bumps along the way. But we have made a concerted effort to make things as seamless as possible and improve as we go.
