We were, however, sorry to hear your broader feedback and concerns, as they do not reflect our desire to offer competitive benefits and support for our team members. The challenge of inflation is impacting employees and organizations globally; to ensure our pay is competitive, we utilize market data annually to monitor and assess the cost of labor in each location and set pay ranges for each job accordingly to ensure fair--and compelling--pay. We hear you that our rapid growth and acquisitions can bring unique challenges — our evolution as a company has introduced complexity, and we’re working hard to streamline our workflows, align different areas of the business and maintain transparency along the way. Our internal goals-setting process, monthly town halls and Q&A sessions are a few of the ways we’re seeking to be open and accountable as we move forward. In the meantime, we strive to strike a balance between delivering the best possible service for our customers, growing as an organization and supporting our colleagues. Some of the ways we’re promoting our team members’ wellbeing include generous time off, an annual recharge week and dedicated Employee Resource Groups.
