Terrible Structure, Terrible Pay

Pros

Work from home options Before all the acquisitions were made, operations were very stream-lined.

Cons

Client don't know who to reach for enquiries. Managers will throw you into the deep end with projects. The company keeps acquiring new business then forces each teams to merge their products and services, without giving the teams any time for training. Terrible terrible structure. Line managers don't even know tasks of their direct reports because everyone comes from a different team from a different brand. Structures keep changing every 6 months, disrupting the entire organisation and workflow. Also, even after working for over 3 years in this company, plus going above and beyond work, pay has been so low and quite insulting. Pay increments were so low they were not even pegged to inflation. Also, they will "promote" you to a better sounding position and increase responsibility, yet their pay barely increases. My pay is 35-40% below median and average pay compared to other companies. They initiate a lot of workshops or fun things to do for employees, but don't pay their employees right either. I'd rather take the pay increase than do cocktail making or get free cake every month.

Pros

The package they gave was good initially but now my salary worth 30% less than when I started to work here. the salary increase was ridiculous.

Cons

Very bad culture, the management is really untrustable. Lack of people in every area, really old stack, no standards.
