Pros

Pro exist, but are irrelevant because of the cons.

Cons

The HR ticket system is not monitored. You read that right. Submit a ticket to HR about a concern you have (could be harassment, maternity leave, etc.) and it will not be handled or even acknowledged. There are dozens of tickets regarding inappropriate treatment from certain sales leaders - and nothing is done about it! Scary.

We are concerned by your experience with the HR ticketing system. The HR ticketing system and e-mail inboxes are actively monitored, but if there was a breakdown in the process we would like to understand more from your experience. Please reach out to us directly at HRConfidential@diligent.com—this is a confidential mailbox with limited access to a small, dedicated team within HR, and I personally monitor it. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly so we can investigate this matter thoroughly. If you prefer, you can simply reach out to the mailbox stating that you’d like to connect, and we can arrange a live conversation.

Pros

Growing Company with nice benefits

Cons

CEO is aggressive about RTO when many teams have been successfully working remote. Unlimited PTO but you never have time to take off Managers seem to be happy to keep you where you are rather than moving you up. They say they like to promote from within and then and go hire someone from outside the company anyways I'm one of many of a large team of SDRs with no end in sight and no light at then end of the tunnel in the sense of getting out of the SDR role.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the competitive benefits we offer and the overall opportunities of working with a fast-growing company. However, we were sorry to hear your broader comments and concerns, as they certainly don’t align with the positive and nurturing work environment we want to create for each team member. We recognize that transition to working in the office can be challenging. While we continue to offer flexible work-from-home options for many of our colleagues, we also believe that the in-office experience plays an important role in enhanced collaboration and communication, fostering camaraderie, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance that comes from setting boundaries between work and home life. In terms of career growth, we think it’s important to support our team members’ personal and professional development. To this end, we’re actively taking steps to improve career growth transparency. Some of our efforts include our bi-yearly promotion and review cycles, our internal goal-setting program, and periodic career webinar chats where colleagues share how they’ve grown in their careers at Diligent. We take your comments on management seriously and would appreciate getting more context around your remarks. If you’d feel comfortable, please reach out to our confidential HR email, HRconfidential@diligent.com to share additional details. We value your feedback and will give it careful consideration. Thank you for being a valued part of our team, and please reach out to your manager or any ELT member if you’d like to discuss your concerns further. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
