      Horrific Turnover

      Most employees are genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      Top heavy management and extreme turnover make this company difficult to work for. Their style of recruiting and submittals is backwards and numbers-driven. Diversant has acquired new accounts due to buying existing recruiting companies, but they are going to lose their tier one vendor status with the type of work they force their recruiters to do.

      We appreciate your feedback. Our HR department reviews our benefits plan each year to make sure we are getting the best benefits at a great rate. We have been able to reduce our benefit costs significantly within the past few years and will continue to look for ways to do so moving forward.
