      The Only Regret in my Career is Working Here

      I was lucky to have a manager and team who were great to work with.

      Senior Leadership is terrible. I still look back at my time with Diversant and am in awe at how the company is still operating. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Here's what you can expect if you decide to work for Diversant: 1. You will be working for a senior leadership team that you cannot trust. 2. You will be working for a senior leadership team that continuously shows that they lack basic business decision making skills. 3. You will be given a commission structure/plan for Recruiters that is so bad compared to other staffing firms. The percentage payouts and bonuses are basically nonexistent. 4. You will work for a company full of disengaged employees in an atmosphere that lacks any company culture. 5. You will be lied to and deceived and not advance your career. 6. You will watch as nonperformance is accepted and rewarded.

      If you like high pressure commission based employment with very little training you will like this position.

      Cons

      If profits fall short they will let you go no questions asked.

      Great Overall Experience

      Pros

      Currently employed at Diversant. Overall my experience has not only met, but exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for in a company. The talent acquisition team was extremely responsive and engaging, therefore making the entire hiring process seamless. Personally, the relaxed, yet professional environment and company culture largely contribute to my positive feelings throughout my experience.
