Recruiter promise you swift GC process, even asked me to talk to their attorney Michael Hammond, I was told I will have my GC in 12 months, as I wasn't born India. They didn't even start the paper work for 1 year. The recruiter left Diversant after 2 months and the team handling immigration doesn't care, they instructor the attorney not to process anything. My labour certificate was approved at 15 months, instead of starting the GC, EAD, they wanted to sit for another 6 months, while my contract ended at 16 months. They didn't even bother to market me to find another contract. I even talked to Gene Wady, I was promised I will get a call from the manager at the local Charlotte Office. Nothing happened.
I joined Diversant as I could've joined any organization to work through, as Diversant didn't even find me this job.
Don't waste your time with this organization, all my friends left, and we never recommended to anyone.
On top of that, I didn't use my 2 weeks vacation hoping to use while I was on bench, one the contract was done, they didn't pay me. I was told their policy is not to pay once your contract was done, but I was full time employee for Diversant. But they forgot to send me any actual paper work to say I was let go, I will be going after them at the court once I get time.
