Pros

nothing positive about this company.

Cons

I'm telling you the list is endless, just do yourself a HUGE favor and don't fall for the scam like we all did. "DIVERSANT" is a joke, and always will be.

Pros

I can almost guarantee your co-workers will become some of your best friends. If you make it into account management, the position gives you the ability to connect with some higher level managers for networking.

Cons

Although there are networking opportunities, you will find this with all staffing companies. Most of the other reviews are pretty spot on- culture can be somewhat like a frat. If you are a favorite, you get away with murder, but that might not last long. Management DOES NOT have your back if anything goes wrong. They rush everything (which leads to VERY sloppy staffing) but when something does go wrong, they are very quick to point the finger. They also promise more money than is possible to make your first few years mostly due to the size of the company and lack of much growth. They make excuses to put people on a "plan" which almost always leads to failure, which allows them to keep ex-employees' commissions. They act like your best friend, but if you take a step in a different direction they completely refuse to give you any help. If it is in your best interest to leave the company for ANY reason, even just for more opportunities or growth, you will NEVER get a letter of recommendation from them, no matter how much money you made the company.

Pros

Not sure. Not sure. Not sure. Not sure. Not sure.

Cons

They will tell you that they pay bi-weekly, but make sure to look at the pay schedule. You'll soon discover that your first check comes at 3 weeks! Additionally, your last check is also a week late. Compounding this, you only get paid for one week's work on your first check. That means that for 3 weeks, you have no pay coming in and then when you get it, it's only half what it should be. I wasn't expecting this (who does that?!?) and they got me evicted from my townhouse as a result. There is no legitimate reason whatsoever pay should be late. The health insurance is very expensive and the ratings for it are horrible. Absolutely horrible. Worst experience with a recruiter.
