Pros

Having a salary ... this job offers very very little work perks. High performers go to Mexico but no perks other than that.

Cons

Negative & toxic work environment including the leadership, divisive office environment (recruiters vs sales), NO work perks... crappy health insurance and no work perks. Only work perk was car allowance which was taken away unless top performer for the company, now its based on mileage, guilt tripping for taking PTO (which doesn’t roll over in the new year), and tuition reimbursement only applies to those with related degrees. Saw a review that said the company is “top heavy” so accurate. There’s too many leaders NOT leading... if you like being micromanaged, definitely take a job at Diverant. Oh, and the training program is a joke. The leadership here likes to listen to themselves talk.

The industry that we're in is very competitive and is certainly not for everyone. We regret to hear that your experience was not as expected. Regarding tuition reimbursement, you'll find that most companies cover degrees that are aligned with the role the person is working in because it's intended to help the person advance their career with the company. However, we will make sure your feedback gets shared with our leadership team. If you would like to discuss your situation further, you can reach us at HR@diversant.com.

They overpay to keep internal talent because their reputation in the market is so poor.

Cons

Management, toxic culture, poor reputation locally, environment/structure that is in constant flux, lack of any meaningful support, poor communication, etc.

Pros

-Company values employee tenure over employee performance. Pro/Con depending on your vantage point. - If you are a perceived producer, the flexibility is unlimited from multiple aspects. -Pay is good; benefits are okay.

Cons

-The company is overly dependent on sub-vending as opposed to organic recruiting -The companies' ability to sponsor/hold visas is their only key strength Vs. competitors they compete with -The companies culture is non-existent - starts from top.
