I initially joined the company for a specific role, but within a month, I was abruptly moved to work in a different market. Had I known this would happen, I would have never accepted the role.
Unfortunately, there is a severe lack of market knowledge within the teams. For the foreign markets they target, there are no native speakers available. With the company reputation tho, no wonder it is hard to hire them.
Additionally, the benefits provided are extremely poor. From limited healthcare insurance to no budget for team events, employees often end up paying for everything out of pocket.
During the last round of layoffs, everyone on probation was fired on the spot, regardless of their performance. What a convenient way to avoid paying any severance package or returning unvested shares.
The atmosphere in the office is incredibly depressing due to the mistreatment of employees.
While the product was once great, it has become outdated and overpriced compared to competitors. I have serious doubts about the company's ability to survive much longer.
Overall, this was the worst sales experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against considering this company and suggest looking into other, better options.
