The people that work here are incredible. Great work/life balance and an inviting team environment.

Cons

The Market Development Representative role is more dependent on your territory and relationship with your Account Executive than it is your actual sales ability. Promotions are given to those who manipulate the system and work half as hard, opposed to hard working individuals who work in difficult territories with difficult Account Executives.
