Docusign is one of the most promising and exciting tech companies in the northwest, It is full of opportunities for advancement, management that is dedicated to your success, constantly new initiatives and plenty of perks

Cons

As the company grows and evolves, policy must change along with it, as long you are open to growing and changing though you won't have any problems keeping up.

Pros

The SDR pits are always so full of life. I love being a part of such a fantastic atmosphere where I look forward to seeing my coworkers every day. The culture is absolutely incredible filled with young individuals who like to have fun, but also know when to buckle down and work extremely hard. So happy to be part of such a great company as it is growing so quickly.

Cons

Only con would be slight growing pains. With the company expanding so rapidly things are constantly changing. But the constant change is exciting because of the direction the company is going.

Pros

Overall DocuSign is an amazing company. I was at Amazon before this and the environment here actually makes me passionate about coming to work every day. Management is insanely receptive and helpful. Work is challenging yet very rewarding. There are happy hours, superb benefits, rewards for blowing your quota out (i.e. dinner at Daniels Broiler) etc. etc. Also all of my coworkers are great. It is very hard to think of anything negative about this job.

Cons

-With high growth/expansion there is a lot of hiring and this may create fewer opportunities in the future for promotion -Pay could be a little bit more competiive
