Docutech is an ambitious, forward looking company. They have great executive leadership with lofty goals, and they continue to meet their goals. Docutech is culture-oriented and places a lot of focus and effort into making a safe, healthy, positive work environment. From a technology perspective, Docutech is moving forward with the newest technologies and is open to suggestion on the best practices. Docutech is competitive with other local employers, in terms of pay, benefits, etc. Overall, this is a very acceptable place to work!

I have worked here for over a year now and the negative reviews were what prompted me to leave a review. It is a great place to work. I have had many opportunities for growth and I find that the biggest struggles that go on here are from people that don't want to learn and grow. It is a challenging environment so if you want to work by yourself and be left alone and not be challenged then this isn't the place for you. I can tell management cares because of the many initiatives that go on. Most of the responsibility for growth and innovation is placed on the employees though. So its great if you take the initiative and not great if you don't want to be a team player and help make it a better place. Everyone is open to ideas and transparent with decisions.
