Pros

It's great experience for someone's first few years out of college. You have a variety of responsibilities. You can work with some very intelligent people who make you feel included.

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth either horizontally or vertically. Upper management in the company does not see turnover as an issue at this point but they will need to in the very near future. You aren't given much room for creative thinking and your opinion doesn't hold much clout. You will not receive more compensation with more responsibility. Many of the events are catered towards people with children, not necessarily people coming right out of college. There aren't too many perks to speak of.

Pros

Flexible schedule...cause you hardly get any hours anyway. It's easy to advance to assistant manager so you can use that on your resume. That's it

Cons

MASSIVE THEFT FROM BOTH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES! Manager is lazy and gets paid GOOD money to do nothing. No hours for employees and asm. Pay sucks for an assistant Manager and they pay you less than you should get. I'm constantly the only one closing the store, so there is no growing within company when I'm always working the same shift and having to clean up after the daytime people. Daytime just screws off and leaves their trash, boxes and u-boats everywhere.

Pros

Flexible schedule can sometimes possible if all the right things fall into place. Opportunity to learn build and create an environment of learning with some limited direction.

Cons

Payroll is too tight and does not allow any flexability for the only salaried employee onsite which is the manager. If forced to cut payroll the manager could be forced to work upwards of 60 plus hours a week
