- Hardly any CEO presence. He means well, but isn't inspiring - Lacking in experienced senior leadership leading to lack of direction - Extremely male dominated. Very fratty environment most of the time - Lots of young and arrogant people being promoted to senior/director roles who just want to run the show - Talk about improving diversity, but not much gets done about it - Overall culture isn't great. Each person/team is out for themselves most of the time - Commuting to downtown SF is a pain. Could offer better commuter benefits - This is coming from an internal employee-- Drivers really aren't treated fairly or set up for success!!! Train and pay them better and they will do a better job!

- There is very poor management at the Mid to Sr level outside of HQ - Ever since I joined there were people getting fired without any notification or advanced warning - You never truly get the resources you need to execute initiatives well - Company does not understand marketing in general - Very slow moving and competitive industry. The operational tempo is not great. - The company is grasping in the midst of the women in tech crisis. Really a bunch of young intense dudes and a real lack of diversity.
