Pros

Work + Fast growing company with tons of opportunity. People getting promoted frequently + Environment full of super smart and hard working people. Really helps get the best out of individuals + Great autonomy, most employees dictate their priority lists with slight calibration from a manager + Culture of doing and becoming experts. (all employees deliver or do support once a month and are encouraged to use the product as a consumer) + Competitive, everyone wants to win! + Everyone is humble + Fun place to work, everyone has a great sense of humor and people really love being at the office together + High value put on people. managers really care about individual employee success + Fun consumer product that people love to use Perks + Lunch and dinner on the company + Snacks all day and they're actually high quality + $75 gym membership + No delivery fee on doordash deliveries + Flexible hours (we work a lot but we have the flexibility to come in and leave when want or go to the gym in the middle of the day. very output driven company) + Unlimited vacation

Cons

- it's a 7 day a week business so it can be tough to disconnect although no one is forcing you work or come in

Pros

- Able to choose what you work on and tailor projects to your interests - Ability to make an impact - tons of features to be worked on and you can really make a difference in the product and user experience - Engineering-driven culture - while the company has an operational aspect to it, it really is a technology company that sees improving the product as the path to success. Engineers are first class citizens and employees are always thinking about how improvements to the product will make it easier for non-tech parts of the business to succeed - Analytics-driven growth - the company is meticulous about metrics and analytics and is very transparent about current goals and progress as well as where improvements can be made. - No project managers means that engineers get to talk to customers, merchants, and drivers to determine the scope of features and figure out what the company needs most - Engineering culture is good despite the average age of the employees being relatively young - Free meals at work

Cons

- Benefits are good but not great

Pros

1) Free food (for some) - it's a food delivery company so having a great selection of meals is great. 2) Hard workers - there's a strong work ethic in the company that other folks can be motivated by 3) Young environment - average age is under 30 and everyone is pretty lively.

Cons

1) Young environment - since folks are young it shows in their experience. Most folks don't have the professionalism. 2) Knee-jerk management - there's a culture of punishment instead of coaching when it comes to growing a worker. 3) Non-transparency - the company claims transparency, but communication is often dropped leaving teams to scramble around to find the answers. 4) Long hours - it's a startup. There's bound to be long hours.
