Pros

The people I worked with on my team were amazing. I learned a lot, and the free food was awesome. That's it.

Cons

The hours were incredibly long, no work life balance. Huge disconnect between upper management and the team, low pay, empty promises and a broken culture within the company. As well as it being a boys club. There is a lack of communication throughout the company, and no transparency. I was lied to about the job I was hired for.

Pros

Higher pay than many of the other companies in the Phoenix area.

Cons

Repeated issues occurring in the Phoenix office in regards to discrimination based on race and gender. When issues are escalated to HR, they are constantly "investigating", with no actual change or progress after months of complaints. It's clear to see that the CEO cares very little about the Phoenix team as he never addresses these issues (nor does he actually visit the Phoenix office), though they make up a large percentage of the company. Non-white and non-male candidates are rarely hired or promoted for management positions, and when they are, they are treated so poorly by the boy's club running the Phoenix office that they end up quitting. For a company that seems to boast their love for diversity when it comes to food on billboards and in commercials, you'd think they would want to ignite change by first addressing this internally.

Pros

1. Before restructuring of management, hours were flexible. 2. Good medical benefits. 3. Monthly gym reimbursement.

Cons

1. Pay was insufficient for the amount of work expected. 2. Managers allowed to terminate without warning or counseling employees first, even without gross misconduct or instances of no-call/ no-show. 3. Hours switched to inflexible 9-5 schedule. 4. Lines of communication are terrible across teams.
