Pros

If you're related to the CEO, you're golden. And if you agree with the politics of senior management, that helps as well. I think you may get a discount if you want to stay at one of the locations with a hotel, so that's nice.

Cons

How this company stays afloat is mind boggling. Vendors go unpaid for months. A shell game is played regularly to secure additional funding to keep from going under. There's rampant micromanagement (and a little racism to boot). Contribution to the CEO's birthday gift are tracked (i.e. required).

nice properties, okay 401k and better health insurance options than they used to have

hope you're on the CEOs good side! really low pay. very much below market. NO RAISES.

Pros

The people are friendly. The work / life balance is good. Most people are helpful if you treat them with respect. Lots of coworkers routinely go out to lunch with each other.

Cons

Compensation is below market. People leave and they hire replacements at a salary that the original person would have stayed for. Morale, benefits increases outpace raises (when given). Cliquish. Most employees think senior management doesn't give a you know what about them.
