Pros

competitive pay, nice office, work from home flexibility

Cons

average to below average benefits, penalized for taking pto (expected to work and take calls from leaders and owners on pto), family owned business - lots of nepotism, conflicts of interest everywhere, work-life balance is not on the table, I saw one employee given special kudos and recognition because they were on a conference call while having Covid.

Pros

-Good pay and benefits are decent -The friendliest and most well intentioned people

Cons

-ZERO maternity/paternity leave which is despicable as a healthcare company -I've never seen a company so poorly managed, nepotism runs rampant as the Chief Marketing Officer is the CEO's daughter. -Marketing can't get anything done to save its life -No real sales leadership to speak of -Unrealistic expectations of staff telling them that they should be working from 5am-10pm at night to keep their jobs -Someone is fired every week for seemingly no reason to "cut costs"

-Can learn new skills on the job -Ability for upward mobility -Reward performance not tenure -Team effort -no egos here just helping other teams out -Cant speak for all departments but mine very supportive and willing to improve/change when needed

Cons

-Internal communication can be improved -Need internal application improvement for better efficiency
