They do build a beautiful quality home

Cons

Management unprofessional, can not live up to what is offered. Unapproachable, ZERO training on there systems, cross selling policy is ridiculous . Its fend for yourself and very cut throat!!!

The people I worked with were great! We had a strong work ethic and always pitched in to help each other out.

Cons

Cross communication between departments was horrible. It was as if the different departments were competing to see who would come out on top. The blame game was constant between departments. This company's management is "the good ole' boys club" style. Upper management is very antiquated and not willing to utilize current technology to improve certain aspects of business flow. Pay is also standard across the different divisions, instead of based on the city's economy you are employed in.
