Pros

The people I worked with were so fun and caring. These will be life long friends.

Cons

Do NOT believe the fake reviews left by current employees . They are “encouraged” to do so. I have emails from leadership suggesting we should leave positive reviews. LOL that anyone would say otherwise. It is embarrassing and I don’t know how long they can operate like this. Current employees, unless they are in the leadership “party” group, are currently interviewing or day drinking away their sorrows. Promotions come when leadership quits. CEO is toxic and acts like an 80’s movie bully. It’s a sad place for EVERYONE! Cool Bro!

Don't be fooled by the sudden spurge of "5 star ratings".

Pros

the people in your pod that work beside you are good

Cons

management hit their prime 10+ years ago & are now stuck. no new methods are welcome or introduced. you sit through multiple meetings of 100+ slides half of them super repetitive, like it's grade school again. Clients get bored, and so do you. Everyday your direct managers get bullied by the CEO, you can expect it to trickle down to you too. so called "honest and open communication " doesn't really make sense if you're just yelling profanity at your employees.

Pros

The other employees (besides executives mostly) are amazing, you create great friendships through trauma bonding :)

Cons

Pretty much all the executives (especially the CEO), they have no respect or care for their employees workloads, mental wellbeing, or doing anything to help them better themselves in their role. The CEO is money hungry and has essentially created a fraternity rather than a professional workplace. They think they can "compensate" their employees with a "fun" work culture by providing a stocked fridge with alcohol, happy hours, etc. When really what most people would want is to be monetarily compensated for the amount of work they are being overloaded on a day to day basis. You will never not be stressed and depressed. Rather than hearing you out and your concerns, they continue to load more onto your plate then verbally abuse and embarrass you for any mistakes or errors you may have made or deadlines you have missed because of your work overload when they should be helping you or training you to learn and do better. During my time at Drive, myself and several others were threatened to be fired for small mistakes, berated for our "poor" work efforts and experiencer public humiliation on company wide phone calls (for work or personal reasons). Not to mention one of the worst parts about this company is rather than a professional workplace, it is a gossip train, that is encouraged and continued by the executives, especially the CEO and COO. There might as well not be any HR at Drive as they can't really enforce anything due to the CEO actions and power. Please for the love of God, don't even entertain the thought of working here because I can promise you, you will end up with this being the most traumatic work experience you have ever gone through. It won't even feel like you have furthered your career because 3 months will feel like 6; 6 months will feel like a year, which you might possibly not even make it to a full year without being fired (they fire everyone under the sun for the smallest things) or overworked to the ground until you have no positive mental health to hold onto.

While we give out standard raises to virtually every employee every year, you really get your money moving by getting promotions. The people who put in the time in their first 1-2 years get promotions, the ones who feel that they should be promoted in 3-6 months become disgruntled, the work suffers, morale suffers, and we end up going our separate ways. I can't even begin to tell you how many people's lives have been fundamentally changed for the better as a result of the money they've made here. But teammates can't stomp their feet into a raise, they have to show that it's merited for an extended period of time. That's not a Drive thing, that's an employment thing. Sometimes we give people a chance right out of college though and they haven't quite experienced that yet.
