Pros

Dropbox has a fantastic culture and was able to still keep it alive after covid. I can be my whole self at work which is hard to do. There are tons of mentorship programs for employees to grow and take their career to the next step. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work at a place like Dropbox.

Cons

Still has a start up mentality a little bit not a a lot of processes in place

*Every company has areas to improve. I think the areas of improvement for Dropbox are all healthy things that don't have easy answers and they are working on it. I can't think of any cons for working at Dropbox!
