Pros

The people who work here are genuinely nice, great to work with, open to ideas and feedback. Team work and diversity of ideas is valued here.

Cons

There's been too much turn around since the beginning of 2021 and re-orgs amongst the teams which has created a inconsistency in the work and priorities

Pros

Truthfully the best and smartest people I've ever worked with Caring and transparent leadership team Socially responsible Great perks and benefits Fully remote - W/L balance

Cons

Politics - as there is everywhere and sometimes questionable management put into roles they should not be in but wait a few months and these managers will weed themselves out. Dropbox truly is trying to have the right people in place but if you have a bad manager, this will greatly hinder your growth and success. Fully remote - really miss seeing DBXers and tuckshop
