Pros
The people are amazing! I've met some of the most intelligent, motivated, accomplished and fun people since i've started working here. It really is the people that make Dropbox what it is. The company places such value on Recruitment. I see this first hand working on the Recruiting team - everyone is willing to get involved including co-founders and senior management. I've learned so much since starting here 8 months ago. I've had the opportunity to develop skills and work on projects that I really enjoy. The culture is very open and accommodating for everyone. Working in the Dublin office is so fun. We've people from over 8 countries working here and we've developed our own Dublin Dropbox culture! We're growing so quickly and it's so exciting to be a part of the team here.
